- Participate in market and product research project to support current and/or determine future focus industries.
- Engage with customers regarding next generation designs utilizing Molex solutions and capabilities.
- Daily networking opportunities providing high level exposure within the company.
- Participate in knowledge share meetings, product trainings, and site tours to understand the Molex business & sales functions.
- Deepen knowledge & understanding of Sales Engineering, Business Development, Product Management, and Marketing
- Enrolled in a degree or alternative program
- Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
- Enrolled in a Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Sales Engineering, or related Engineering degree program
- Collaboration skills and ability to work successfully with cross-discipline teams and build professional relationships.
- Natural curiosity and motivation for learning and contributing to the team.
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills and proactively solve problems.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical requirements effectively in presentation/collaboration.
