- Monitor and analyze corporate’s daily cash position and weekly global cash position, to cover cash commitments and coordinate/optimize the short-term borrowing or investments. Assists in the execution of daily cash management duties.
- Pool cash from all secondary bank accounts when necessary
- Lead and assist with Treasury projects and initiatives.
- Assist in executing standby letters of credit, performance bonds or similar instruments.
- Prepare weekly report on the global cash position.
- Provides information in connection with external and internal audits and monitors cash management activities to ensure compliance.
- Assist in maintaining banking records and legal documentation including SOX and FBAR related documentation.
- Assist other departments (e.g., Financial Reporting, Corp Accounting, Audit) with quarter-end and ad hoc information requests as needed.
- Act as Treasury’s liaison with the company’s business units in setting up new bank accounts, banking services, and handle banking inquiries and related matters.
- Support finance and other functions as they related to Treasury transactions and entity structures
- Perform any other special duties, projects or analyses as directed by the company
- Understanding of public company finance, treasury, and commercial/corporate banking
- Role requires quantitative analysis to make quantitative solutions.
- Problem solver that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment on a variety of projects
- Microsoft excel modelling experience and/or excel programming.
- Familiarity with financial accounting and/or planning systems (Hyperion, Peoplesoft, MS Dynamic
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- CTP is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct treasury experience: cash management, banking, and other treasury activities
- $70,000- $76,000 Annual Salary
