  • Carefully pack, transport, & inventory personal and business items for restoration
  • Clean & restore furniture, electronics and more
  • Provide top-notch customer service – reassure and support clients through the restoration process
  • Keep detailed records
  • Follow health & safety guidelines to ensure a clean and secure workspace
Qualifications
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, ensuring precision in every task
  • Strong sense of urgency, professional demeanor, and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles and best practices
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to lift frequently
  • Eligible to operate company vehicles in compliance with company policy
  • Experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, packing, or moving (preferred but not required)
