CHMC-ENT/Plastic Surgical-Clinic Manager-Day Shift-Req 8884Pay Range: $33.44-$44.30Job Summary:As the Clinic Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ENT/Plastic Surgical practices. You will supervise nursing and reception staff and work closely with physicians and advanced practitioners to ensure operational success. This role requires familiarity with all aspects of an Article 28 Clinic's day-to-day operations, including quality, regulatory, financial, and human resource management. The ideal candidate will be a customer-service-driven, motivated, and team-oriented leader. This position will require travel to our Ogdensburg and Carthage locations.QualificationsEducation:Required: Associate's degree in NursingPreferred: Bachelor's degree in NursingLicenses and Certifications:Required: Current NYS Registered Nurse Licensure and a valid NYS Driver's LicenseTraining and Experience:Required: At least three years of experience in a healthcare multispecialty group practice.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to cultivate and maintain a productive and efficient work environment.Strong supervisory and problem-solving abilities.Working knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards, as well as corporate compliance practices.*The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants.
