A hands-on leader who:Has 2+ years of automotive sales management experienceKnows how to coach, motivate, and grow a teamHas a proven track record in hitting and exceeding sales goalsUnderstands internet sales, CRM processes, SEO/SEM, and showroom operationsLeads with integrity, responsibility, teamwork, and a positive attitudeKey ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the sales team to maximize performanceBuild and execute strategic sales plans for new and used carsDrive traffic through marketing and CRM initiativesOversee pricing, promotions, and advertising strategiesEnsure a smooth, customer-focused buying and delivery processConsistently meet sales and profitability targetsAbout Us
