Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm | Required to work onsite, with ability to go to TA hybrid schedule based on performance.Position Summary:As a member of the BI Talent Acquisition Team, The Talent Acquisition Specialist III, focuses on apprentice-related recruiting and managing university partnerships. Provides support in recruiting RBTs for the BI Intern program, and supports BCBA recruiting, as needed.Your Work and How You'll Make a Difference:Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for apprenticeship program.
- Timely and accurately provides Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Contingent offers to internal and external candidates.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, as needed.
- Maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions.
- Works directly with Learning & Development (L&D) team for accurate tracking and record keeping of interns, apprentices and residents.
- Ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress in the ATS.
- Post all ABA Apprentice positions.
- Refresh job posting no less than every 30 days.
- Work with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure efficient and timely hire.
- Performs Other Duties as Assigned
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruiting process.
- Move candidates through Applicant Tracking System iCIMS.
- Provide Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting as needed.
- Accurate reporting to Learning & Development (L&D) team.
- Provides recruiting support to Behavioral Therapists (BTs) / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) recruiting team as needed.
- Provides recruiting support to Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) recruiting team as needed.
- Mental acuity to collect and interpret data, evaluate, reason, define problems, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, make valid judgement and decisions.
- Must be able to receive detailed information through oral and written communication.
- Must be able to communicate, convey and exchange information through oral and written communication.
- See near and far distances and distinguish colors.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous Applied Behavior Analysts (ABA) experience highly preferred.
- 18+ months of previous Talent Acquisition experience.
- May substitute, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
