We’re looking for an experienced Export Manager to lead and optimize our global shipping and compliance processes. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the key link between our internal teams, international partners, and regulatory bodies—ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant delivery of goods worldwide.What You’ll Do:
Lead Global Logistics: Manage all aspects of import/export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and resolving shipping or customs issues swiftly.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments and external partners to coordinate accurate and timely deliveries.
Own Documentation: Oversee all import/export paperwork including customs declarations, bills of lading, and shipping records.
Negotiate Smartly: Secure competitive freight rates and contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
Track Performance: Monitor shipment status and delivery metrics, reporting regularly to leadership.
Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and key stakeholders.
Manage Budgets: Optimize costs and manage budgets to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience/certifications such as CLTD or CSCP).
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in import/export operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, tariffs, and trade agreements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, especially in vendor and partner management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (TMS, WMS, etc.).
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 5%).
