You'll be at the forefront of implementing cutting-edge solutions while managing a team of tech professionals in one of the world's largest furniture companies.Primary Responsibilities:
Drive day-to-day IT operations excellence, ensuring quality standards and business needs are met within established constraints
Oversee and maintain site-level tech infrastructure, including system monitoring, testing, and process documentation
Manage local application deployments and coordinate enhancement requests with regional teams
Implement and maintain robust security processes, conducting training and ensuring compliance
Lead site-level IT projects while tracking performance metrics and budget adherence
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and support business needs
Provide strategic input to IT leadership on technology opportunities and innovations
Supervise, develop, and mentor your team of IT professionals
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices
Manage incident response and service restoration according to business priorities
What Do You Need?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
5+ years of IT operations management experience
Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing technical teams
Expert knowledge of IT infrastructure, security protocols, and best practices
Excellence in project management and budget oversight
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with IT service delivery and ITIL frameworks
Ability to travel domestically as needed
Flexibility to work extended hours when required
Strong commitment to ethics, integrity, and trust
