Pay Range: $45,000 to $65,000 a year based on experience

This role plays a key part in maintaining our high quality and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement in processes and equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram and set up CNC Mills using MastercamOptimize high-speed machining and tool pathsTroubleshoot machining issues quickly and efficiently, perform preventative maintenanceSchedule use of employees, equipment, and materialsDrive plant efficiency through innovative solutionsOversee a team of 2-5 CNC OperatorsRead and interpret complex blueprintsDesign and build custom production fixturesEstimate time and materials for new opportunitiesUse measuring instruments to meet strict tolerance requirementsSelect and apply appropriate inserts, tooling, and fixturesPerform regular cleaning and light maintenance of machinesTrack performance metrics and key KPIsFollow all ISO standards and safety protocolsComply with company quality policies and regulatory standardsRequired ExperiencePart measurement and gaugingExperience nterfacing directly with CNC milling machinery required.
