RoleThe Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct client care and supports skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. CNAs help clients maintain dignity, health, and safety while reinforcing continuity of care within the home care setting.II. Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
  • Support client health by measuring and recording vital signs, weight, and other observations as directed.
  • Encourage physical well-being through mobility assistance and range-of-motion exercises.
  • Contribute to client safety by promptly observing and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment by assisting with housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Strengthen client trust and comfort through companionship and clear communication.
  • Accurately document care provided to support continuity and quality assurance.

IV. Requirements
  • Current Georgia CNA certification in good standing.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Knowledge of basic nursing care practices, vital signs measurement, and safe client handling.

  • Ability to assist clients with physical care needs and mobility.
  • Reliable transportation for client visits.
