- Assist the Supply Chain Architecture team with project deliverables and cross-functional activities supporting supply chain risk, supplier on-boarding and product compliance.
- Engage in supply chain risk monitoring by assisting with research, supplier surveys, event monitoring, and reporting using various tools and platforms.
- Extract, cleanse and analyze procurement and supplier data to identify trends, assess risks and provide actionable recommendations that support sourcing strategies.
- Participate in supplier interactions to assist on-boarding efforts and gather relevant data for risk assessment and category management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes, standardizing workflows, and creating clear documentation for best practices.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Exposure to one or more of the following tools for data visualization and automation: Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, or VBA.
- Some experience working with procurement, sourcing or vendor data is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
