- Familiarity with AWS configurations and services
- Good working skills with Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira
- Understands system-to-system connections for data flow processes
- Familiar with the sequence of development tasks with designing, developing, testing, scanning and deploying software
- Able to appropriately task team members based on priorities provided by leadership
- Capable of aligning sprint priorities with the roadmap projections and goals
- Able to work with the customer to recommend priorities based on team load, abilities, mission goals, requirements and deadlines
- A High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general systems engineering experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.
- A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
- A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
