Position Summary...What you'll do...Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates and supervisors are trained company policies and procedures; distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation; monitoring compliance with policies, procedures, standards and area production goals; and identifying and resolving internal/external Customer associate, and supervisor concerns.Manage and develop associates and supervisors in area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads; communicating goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback; teaching and supporting company policies and procedures; and participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, training, and evaluation of associates and supervisors.Manage financial aspects in area of responsibility by monitoring and tracking expenses; monitoring asset utilization; and preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.Communicate with Customers, suppliers, and/or other Wal-Mart associates verbally or in writing.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
