As an Agile Delivery ManagerLead at Seegrid, you will work in a tightly knit development team to create the next generation of warehouse automation robots and material flow execution systems. You’ll work with customers, product management, and other engineers to conceive, design, and implement new products and features that support the exciting possibilities for when robots, humans, and the unconstrained real-world interact.

Key Responsibilities:

Orchestrate the agile team’s work through careful application of principles and practices

Work closely with product owners and other teams to deliver great products

Resolve conflicts and respond to difficult situations

Motivate and inspire the team; inspect and adapt to create evolving processes

Coaching the team in self-organization and cross-functionality

Facilitate situational awareness, communication, metrics and knowledge sharing

Quantitatively drive continuous improvement efforts of team and product performance

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or similar field of study; or alternative field of study combined with practical experience

Knowledge of the core agile principles and values

Experience running projects, either in an agile or traditional project management setting

Ability to understand, explain and communicate complex technical topics

Above & Beyond:

Certification in a scaled agile framework or similar

Experience in robotics, manufacturing, or logistics domains

Experience leading product development with distributed teams

Experience with flow-based software delivery metrics probabilistic forecasting
