  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Maintain and update payroll records and documents
  • Manage payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Calculate and process employee bonuses, commissions, and deductions
  • Prepare payroll reports for management and finance teams
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure proper employee classification and onboarding
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with payroll software and systems
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws regarding payroll
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
