As a Federal Program Manager, you will take the lead in managing and executing program initiatives, ensuring we meet our goals within the defined scope, timeline, and budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of federal program management and project management, demonstrating the ability to navigate the complexities of a highly regulated environment with ease. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with diverse teams, including internal stakeholders and external client partners. Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approaches and industry-standard program management practices will be key to your success in this role.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee critical projects, aligning them with the team's objectives and requirements.
  • Provide project oversight, ensuring timely completion and goal achievement.
  • Foster strong partnerships with matrixed stakeholder groups and clients to guarantee successful project delivery.
  • Strategically manage the program budget, aligning it with organizational goals, and identify opportunities for financial performance improvement.
  • Identify, assess, and manage program risks, working closely with the project team to implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain high-quality standards by ensuring that work products meet or exceed expectations.
  • Anticipate and address potential issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution.

  • US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

May be eligible for bonus and equity.Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
