This individual will play a pivotal role in the member experience by being able to support sales initiatives.● Excellent customer service skills● Solid verbal and written communication skills required● Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment● Ability to work and function in a team environment● Health & Fitness minded people requiredJOB DUTIES INCLUDE● Assist in Mayweather Boxing & Fitness business and studio operations and get an opportunity to learn about the business side of things.● Work hand-in-hand with both instructors & sales team to guide potential members through their first Mayweather Boxing & Fitness workout.● Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic● Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients● Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive experience at the Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio.● Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.● Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.● Participate in marketing and outreach events● Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Mayweather Boxing & Fitness training programs.*Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio locations.
