We are seeking a Product Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of turbine engine components. This role bridges product engineering and advanced manufacturing, ensuring that new and existing product lines achieve the highest standards of performance, quality, and cost efficiency. The Product Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements, enhance manufacturability, and deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.Responsibilities:Lead product engineering efforts from concept through production, ensuring designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and compliant with specifications.Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to introduce new products and improve existing product lines.Support production by addressing technical questions, reviewing specifications, and providing guidance on product requirements.Use CAD software to develop models, tooling, and fixtures that enhance product quality and production efficiency.Analyze testing data, dimensional reports, and inspection results to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.Partner with quality teams to resolve discrepancies, support MRB activities, and implement corrective actions.Prepare engineering documentation including technical reports, change orders, and process updates.Engage with customers to clarify requirements, provide technical support, and ensure product satisfaction.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing lead time, improving yields, and optimizing overall product lifecycle performance.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, materials science, or a related discipline.2 to 7 years of product engineering experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, NX/Unigraphics, or equivalent).Strong understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings, and dimensional analysis.Experience supporting production teams in a high-precision manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.Desired Qualifications:Background in turbine engine components, investment casting, or aerospace product development.Familiarity with FMEA, APQP, PPAP, or similar product quality planning tools.Experience with metrology equipment, CMMs, 3D scanning, or other dimensional inspection technologies.Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive process and product improvements.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.MedicalDentalVisionBasic Life & AD&D401k - 4% match10 Paid Holiday's a yearPaid Time OffEmployee Referral bonusAnnual Steel Toe Boot Allowance
