- Handle all guest inquiries immediately with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with our guests via phone, internet, or text.
- Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests, while providing general or related vehicle information.
- Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership in addressing guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealerships and manufactures objectives.
- Set appointments, following up with any “no show” guests, updating and relaying job statuses to other departments.
- Work in close proximity with other BDC Representatives in a team-based environment.
- Facilitate timely follow up on all internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures.
- Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills via phone, one-on-one and online are a must.
- Proficient in basic math and writing skills.
- Proven customer service track record or clear desire to provide next level customer service.
- Comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment.
