Massage Therapist, Burr RidgeWork Mode: OnsiteLocation: Burr Ridge, ILOpportunityOur Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth's mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood.Specific responsibilities include:
  • Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
  • Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
  • Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
  • Offering sincere suggestions for the guest's benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
  • Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
  • Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring products recommend for their home care
We have part time opportunities available. Hours will vary between 8:30am and 8:00pm, weekdays & 1 weekend a week requirement.Skills/Requirements
  • State of Illinois Massage Certificate required
  • Minimum of one year experience, ideally in a luxury spa setting preferred

The competitive commission range for this position + tips/gratuity may be influenced by a variety of factors.
