- Drive sales growth and meet capital equipment targets within your assigned territory
- Build lasting relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and decision-makers
- Execute both inbound and outbound sales strategies—cold calling, lead generation, and demos
- Deliver compelling presentations, communicate clinical and business value, and close deals
- Support clients post-sale to ensure product satisfaction and retention
- Provide market feedback, monitor competition, and help shape go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with marketing on events, dinners, and awareness campaigns
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (capital equipment or medical aesthetics a plus)
- Proven success selling innovative or disruptive products
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (science, marketing, or business)
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable managing a large territory
- Willingness to travel up to 35% within the region
- Comfortable with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms
