
Office Administrator

- Provides administrative support for the MIRATECH Tulsa HQ.
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
- Overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the office, including 3rd party vendors
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies, kitchen stock, and equipment; place orders as needed
- Keep common areas clean, organized, and presentable
- Coordinate with building management and vendors for maintenance or office-related services
- Support meeting coordination and event setup (e.g., company lunches, team gatherings)
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal announcements
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation logistics
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as assigned
- Assist with expense reporting, travel arrangements, and scheduling
- Take initiative on ad hoc projects and support other departments as needed
- Communicating with staff and leadership on office matters

- High school
- Excellent attention to detail, oral, and written skills.
- Strong prioritization skills with an affinity for multitasking.
