- Provide hands-on assistance to clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Closely monitor clients' health and behavior, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Collaborate effectively with caregivers and healthcare professionals.
- Provide transportation to appointments, events, and run errands as needed.
- Hold a valid certification as a Nurse Assistant (NA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Hawaii.
- Preferred previous experience working with seniors, but not required.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Pass a satisfactory background check and drug test.
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and lifting.
- Competitive hourly rate of $20-$25, with convenient weekly pay.
