This is a full-time on-site role for an Experience NYC Architect. The architect will be responsible for conducting day-to-day architectural tasks, including design development, project coordination, construction documentation, and client communication. The architect will contribute to the development of architectural concepts, create detailed drawings and specifications, and ensure that projects comply with building codes and regulations. This role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams and working closely with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • License preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably with multi-residential projects
  • Knowledge of NY building codes and zoning regulations a plus
  • Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
