
Motorclothes Manager

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the MotorClothes/Merchandise department.
- Ensure a smooth, efficient, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Train, schedule, supervise, and motivate department staff.
- Manage stock: ordering, receiving, inventory control, merchandising, and maintaining optimal stock levels and turnover ratios.
- Coordinate with Parts & Accessories (P&A) manager for orders.
- Design product displays, manage markdowns, and plan promotions-including seasonal campaigns and fashion events.
- Attend dealer shows for product updates.
- Monitor department performance: sales, margins, revenue vs. budget.
- Report on dealership leadership (e.g., General Manager).
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- High school diploma or GED; college degree in Retail Management, Business, or Marketing preferred.
- Minimum two years of retail management experience, apparel or accessories preferred.
- Strong leadership, retail sales, merchandising, and inventory management skills.
- Experience coaching and building high-performance teams.
- Familiarity with Harley-Davidson merchandise and point-of-sale/inventory systems.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); ability to engage with customers and staff effectively.
