The operations division plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client experiences while supporting banking, sales, trading, and asset management capabilities worldwide. As a financial analyst, you'll partner with key stakeholders across the firm to design, manage, and deliver client-focused solutions that enhance engagement and elevate our client experience.What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with Private Wealth Management (PWM) Sales teams to support high-net-worth clients with digital signing and onboarding solutions.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth, professional communication at every step.
- Coordinate the delivery of sensitive client materials and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Work cross-functionally with teams in Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to streamline client communications.
- Identify and escalate potential risks while maintaining strong attention to detail and process integrity.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments but can also work independently when needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A self-starter with a curious mindset and eagerness to learn complex concepts quickly.
