Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Member Services Representative to join their team. As a Member Services Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting member satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a focus on problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Member Services RepresentativeLocation: Ishpeming, MIPay Range: From $16.00 per HourShift: Part Time: 20-29 hours per week, primarily working the later shift until 6pm during the week and frequently working Saturdays 9am-1pm.What's the Job?
  • Provide exceptional front-line member service by processing deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist members with account-related inquiries, including opening/closing accounts, debit card issues, and other account maintenance needs.
  • Address and resolve member questions or concerns about credit union products and services, ensuring a positive member experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and member satisfaction.
  • Be prepared to work at multiple branch locations (Ishpeming and Marquette) as needed and assist with Saturday shifts.
What's Needed?
  • Part Time: 20-29 hours per week, primarily working the later shift until 6pm during the week and frequently working Saturdays 9am-1pm.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of customer service and/or cash handling experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in a financial institution and/or post-secondary education or training.
