Bethesda StoneRidgeCommunity Coordinator Job DescriptionJob Summary: This position is to assist with and execute initiatives that drive the daily operations of Bethesda StoneRidge. Reporting to StoneRidge Housing Director, this position plays a key role in cultivating a supportive, engaging, and well-maintained environment.Core responsibilities include coordinating StoneRidge community resident relations, admissions, service coordination, accounts receivable, community maintenance and enhancements, and regulatory compliance. This position supports housekeeping, culinary, recreational services This person will assist in promoting StoneRidge’s participation in company-wide engagement activities that positively impact residents and team members fulfillment grounded in our culture, brand, and organizational goals.Job Relationships:· Reports to: StoneRidge Housing Director· Interrelationships: Bethesda Directors, StoneRidge staff and all other Bethesda team membersSchedule:· Full Time I 80 hours every two weeks.· Monday - Friday (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) Flexibility on an as needed basis.Dress Code: Business Casual with identification name badge.Essential Requirements of Work:· High School Diploma or equivalent.· Associate degree (preferred) in business, marketing, social work, or related field.· Minimum one year of work experience in the continuum of long-term care services and supports, business, marketing, or related field.· 2-5 years of experience in a multifamily or senior housing setting.· Experience in sales, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or real estate.· A valid Driver’s license; A driving record in good standing.· Familiarity with relationship management, working with older adults, Minnesota home care and landlord tenant laws (preferred).· Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, and ability to inspire trust and confidence, and maintain a high degree of professionalism.· Interpersonal skills: Strong ability to connect with seniors and their families, problem solving, active listening while demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs.· Organizational skills: Capacity to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate attention to detail, initiative and follow-through on a variety of projects, prioritize workload effectively, and meet deadlines.· Problem-solving: Ability to address concerns and objections with professionalism, confidentiality and creativity.· Relationship development: Ability to create and maintain great working relationships with all levels within the organization, to work independently and collaboratively across multi-functional teams to drive projects forward internally and in the community.· Highly motivated, supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility and creativity.· Technical proficiency: utilizing CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.Physical Requirements:· Primarily light work requiring extended periods of sitting.· Occasional lifting of materials, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.Core Responsibilities:Community & Resident Engagement· Conduct personalized tours for prospective residents and families, clearly explaining StoneRidge amenities and services.· Coordinate admissions, service planning, and community improvements in partnership with the Housing Director· Support billing and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Internal Collaboration & Leadership· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless services tailored to residents’ needs.· Motivate team members to engage in community-wide initiatives and create a vibrant culture.· Provide support to housekeeping, culinary, recreation, and facility operations.Additional Housing Responsibilities· Participate in housing leadership meetings, as scheduled.· Collaborate with Marketing to drive promotional initiatives for Bethesda StoneRidge.· Support census development efforts to maintain and grow occupancy.· Perform other related duties as needed to support department goals
