- Experience in leading in implementation of R12 modules BOM, WIP, Production Scheduling, MRP/MPS/Inventory Planning & ATP
- Oracle ERP Application R12
- SCM (PO, OM), BOM, WIP, Production Scheduling, MRP, MPS, Inventory Planning & ATP
- Extensive Experience in leading in implementation of R12 SCM modules BOM, WIP, Production Scheduling, MRP/MPS/Inventory Planning & ATP
- Understand tperson processes from 10.7 interacting business/Requirements Understanding
- Gap Analysis for R12 process
- Design & Configure tperson MFG processes for R12
- Prepare tperson Configuration & Design documents
- Plan & drive tperson CRP
- Functional Testing of tperson functional processes
- Participate in SIT & Collaborate for UAT
- Own (plan & execute) tperson Runbooks for PROD deployments
- Hypercare support
- Collaborate with technical team for tperson build components & data migration
- Collaborate with Oracle, DBAs & otperson teams for appropriate planning
- Drive for tperson User Training by preparing training materials
- Discrete Manufacturing Processes knowledge and corresponding implementation experience
- Lead Implementation of MFG Modules
- Gap-Fit and map to Standard functionalities
- Problem solving and offering ideas to customer to bring out best of R12
- Identify root causes/ debugging of problems and troubleshooting, considering both long and short-term impact of proposed solutions and develop workable solutions
- Coordinate with Business directly by conducting meetings
- Strong Interpersonal Skills,
- Effective in a Team Format, ability to Communicate with Business Team
- Ability to Multitask, Coordinate and Prioritize Tasks
- Exposure to DevSecOps & Agile Methodology
