We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Maintenance Engineer to join our Fins Up team and help us maintain the magic behind the Margaritaville experience!In this role, you’ll take charge of maintaining, repairing, and installing our hotel’s mechanical and electrical systems — all while ensuring our property stays in tip-top shape for our guests. - Experience of 2-5 years preferred in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance environment.
- HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills.
- Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
- Certification in pool operation preferred.
- Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Preventive maintenance background preferred.
- Read, write and understand English.
