This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who’s eager to grow, collaborate, and contribute to a wide range of creative projects—from digital campaigns and social media assets to sales collateral and product launches.Essential Functions:
Collaborate with senior designers, marketers, and content creators to develop compelling digital brand assets including email templates, social media graphics, web banners, and presentation materials that reinforce nCino's brand identity and visual consistency.
Execute digital brand design projects for marketing campaigns under supervision, ensuring consistent application of brand elements, typography, color systems, and visual hierarchy principles across all customer touchpoints.
Assist in creating and maintaining organized design system libraries, asset repositories, and brand resource databases to support team efficiency and brand consistency.
Support integrated marketing campaign execution by preparing production-ready files, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring proper file formatting for multiple output channels.
Participate actively in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design concepts while learning nCino's brand voice, target audiences, and business objectives.
Prepare final design files for production across various media including digital platforms, print materials, and presentation formats while maintaining technical accuracy and brand compliance.
Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and digital marketing best practices through continuous learning and professional development activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on stakeholder input and creative direction.
Maintain organized project files and version control systems while following established design workflows and production processes.
Learn and apply accessibility principles and inclusive design practices to ensure visual content serves diverse audiences effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
Undergraduate degree
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, especially digital.
Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to take direction, receive feedback, and iterate quickly.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Professional design experience, freelance or internships
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
