- Facilitate and participate in the development of long-term strategic front-end innovation process and validation.
- Manage external, custom research projects, from brief to completion, to ensure all objectives are met within time and budget
- Provide stewardship for all external insights agencies to ensure they are performing and delivering to expectation
- Provide global insights and timely reports to teams that inform brand and business growth and be a champion for the end user and consumer voice
- Proven experience as an insights manager in a research agency or multinational company
- Proven experience leading global research is highly desired.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (looker studio).
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
