Description:The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is in the famed Deer Valley ski resort and approximately 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Discover your place to shine in our warm, respectful, and inclusive culture.The General Manager of Hidden Ace oversees all food and beverage operations for the outlet as well as to collaborate with other Food and beverage outlets as needed based on business needs.Duties Include:· Responsible for short-and long-term planning at the outlet level.· Develop and recommend the budget, concepts and objectives and manage within those approved plans· Implement and maintain food & beverage sales/marketing programs for the outlet.· Oversee development of employees.· Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel, performance and salary reviews at the outlet level.· Support payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for outlet operations· Coordinate outlet operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service· Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality· Implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction· Exercise quality control for both food and beverage· Maintain Hyatt standards of service and ensure their implementation· Perform daily walk-through to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt Corporate standards· Coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures.· Responsibilities may fluctuate in response to departmental priorities, daily operational needs, and evolving business objectives; accordingly, this job description is not all-inclusive and may be revised to reflect organizational requirements.Why Work at Hyatt?
