Wood Personnel Services, in partnership with a respected Lebanon-based manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Quality Control Tech. This temp-to-hire position offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in quality standards and developing programs. You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. Ideal candidates are able to read blueprints, have experience with CNC, and have a meticulous attention to detail.Quality Control Tech Hours and Compensation:

$18 plus depending on experience
2nd Shift but will train on 1st
Training hours will be: Monday Friday 6am 2: 30pm
2nd shift hours will be: Monday Friday 2: 30pm 11pm

Quality Control Tech Duties and Responsibilities:

Read blueprints and interpret specifications
Apply knowledge of GD&T principles to complete inspections
Develop and maintain inspection programs in PC DMIS software
Operate Romer Arm to complete precise part inspections
Document inspection results by generating reports
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
Assist in achieving company quality objectives by completing required tasks

Quality Control Tech Skills and Requirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AdobeAbility to utilize PC DMIS to create part inspection programsAbility to operate Romer arm to complete part inspectionsStrong knowledge of GD&T principles, weld symbols, and weld acceptance criteriaAbility to work with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail
