- Day-to-day administration of all aspects of Anaplan's equity compensation plans including processing equity grants, equity vesting, and terminations
- Prepare and provide information to participants about vesting schedules, eligibility, and other processes
- Perform various equity account reconciliations
- Processing quarterly cash award payouts (including reviewing leave of absence eligibility and calculating employee mobility)
- Expertise with global equity programs and multiple equity award types (i.e., incentive equity awards, co-investment program, and cash replacement awards)
- Collaborates with Legal, Payroll, and HR teams to communicate materials, compliance, processes, and management reports in addition to any global equity matters
- Process and monitor equity award activity, including grants and grant agreements, vesting of shares, award exercises, and employee terminations
- Assist with the annual K-1 tax document distribution
- Identify, develop, and document end-to-end equity process improvements
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of SOX controls for equity
- Perform other duties, ad hoc projects, and reporting as requested
- Participate in enablement sessions with the employee base
- Minimum 5 years experience with global equity administration with international experience
- Experience working in the following systems: Equity Edge Online, Shareworks, and DocuSign
- Knowledge with various tax documents related to equity plans (W8/W9, 83B, S431, K-1s)
- Highly proficient with Excel
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, and apply good judgement
- Effective communicator to all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or in related field, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of accounting standards relating to equity compensation
- Experience preparing and delivering employee communications and education
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters related to equity and taxation
