You'll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by answering questions, scheduling service requests, and resolving issues efficiently. You'll also perform essential office tasks that keep the business running smoothly.Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Take detailed messages and ensure they are routed to the correct person.
  • Maintain customer records, and service schedules in our field service software.
  • Schedule and coordinate incoming service requests.
  • Assist walk-in customers and support inside sales (both in person and over the phone).
  • Learn about company products and services to confidently assist customers.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, copies, emails, mailouts, and faxing.
  • Create purchase orders in accounting/field service software.
  • Monitor and request office supplies as needed.
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Support supervisors with additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and able to quickly learn new software.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional appearance and punctuality are a must.
