- A proven leader with 5+ years of leadership experience; retail preferred.
- A track record of success in recruiting, selecting, coaching, and motivating a diverse team.
- A desire to take care of every person on your team so that they can take care of our customers.
- An overwhelming drive to deliver results and growth in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while still serving the mission every day.
- A love of dressing up, not just because you have to.
- Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
