How do you excel in this positionThe Fleet Operations Specialist is responsible for the strategic oversight, technology-enabled optimization, and regulatory compliance of the company's rapidly growing multi-state fleet of over 700 vehicles. Reporting to the Director of Service, this role ensures maximum operational readiness, cost control, safety, and sustainability by managing fleet acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and lifecycle planning.What are we looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, required.
  • Five (5) years of experience managing fleet operations for a multi-location organization, preferred.
  • Understanding of fleet management software and telematics systems, preferred.
  • Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) or similar certification, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, leasing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
