- Guide candidates through interview process from sourcing and phone screen to first day
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, cold calling, and managing active candidates through the interview and offer process
- Build database of leads and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Build best practices and procedures for hard-to-fill positions
- Manage job creation, postings, and external candidate marketing for specificied positions
- 5-10 years of experience in full-cycle construction, engineering or architecture recruiting
- Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo
- Familiarity with iCIMS or another applicant tracking system
- Experience managing multiple hiring managers and working with leadership
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
