A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Guide candidates through interview process from sourcing and phone screen to first day
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, cold calling, and managing active candidates through the interview and offer process
  • Build database of leads and maintain relationships with potential candidates
  • Build best practices and procedures for hard-to-fill positions
  • Manage job creation, postings, and external candidate marketing for specificied positions
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5-10 years of experience in full-cycle construction, engineering or architecture recruiting
  • Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ZoomInfo
  • Familiarity with iCIMS or another applicant tracking system
  • Experience managing multiple hiring managers and working with leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
