- Act as the trusted advisor and partner to the business with credibility and influence, from strategy to execution
- Simplify and optimize sales processes and tools
- Administer sales-related platforms and tools
- Identify areas of risk or opportunity by conducting a detailed analysis of sales methodology, process, and enablers, with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations
- Lead, influence, and champion best processes and behaviors to reinforce accountability for smooth end-to-end sales process execution
- Provide organizational readiness for product releases and updates, partnerships, acquisitions, sales technology, tools, and process
- Analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and implement innovative improvements to accelerate revenue growth
- Actively contribute to team success by showcasing successes, learnings, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously drive greater sales effectiveness, alignment, and efficiencies
- Identify, lead, and coordinate the execution of advanced technical, adaptive, or strategic projects designed to address and improve business bottlenecks, gaps, or deficiencies
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related degree
- 4+ years of related experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, and/or Finance
- CRM administration and optimization experience preferred industry experience in B2B, HCM, and/or SaaS technology preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of corporate sales dynamics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
- Proven understanding of sales process in an enterprise organization
- Exceptional collaborator and influencer - driving change through ideas, relationships, and actions
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
