What You'll Be Rocking Daily:
  • Be the face of GATR - greet guests, vendors, and applicants like a pro
  • Master the phone system and keep things flowing
  • Keep our office stocked and running smooth
  • Coordinate epic employee events
  • Support our sales team with inventory, data entry, and documentation
  • Track trucks from acquisition to sale like a logistics ninja
  • Get hands-on with Karmak and CRM systems (we'll train you!)
  • Be the go-to for all things admin and sales support
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Tech-savvy with Excel, Word, and general PC skills
