Maintaining all exterior spaces and grounds including: plants, flowers, shrubs, flower beds, and walking trails to ensure a clean community and outstanding curb appeal

Using back pack blowers to clean/maintain sidewalks and common areas
Assist with landscaping and maintenance projects
Pick up trash

Must be able to work weekend shifts

Qualifications and SkillsExcellent Customer ServiceAbility to work alone or collaboratively in a teamExcellent Time Management skillsMust be Detail OrientedAbility to prioritize and organize workload, multi-task, adapts quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlinesHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.1 Weekend day availability is a must.Physical requirementsMinimum lifting of 50-60 pounds. Pushing, bending, stooping, kneeling, pulling, upward reaching, manual dexterity. Hearing, writing, speaking. Ability to stand on feet for hours at a time and be able to climb stairs.
