- Assisting the Human Resources team by developing and applying skills to help increase efficiency and productivity
- Bring forward new business prospective and creative thinking on HR processes
- Analyze data sets to identify key insights and provide solutions
- Reporting projects and data findings to teams, managers and senior leaders
- Working closely with Talent Acquisition team on job postings and requisition management
- Building of sustainable relationships with internal business partners and providing support
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs
- Exceptional analytical, research and project management skills
- Familiarity with HR fundamentals and principles (Course work and previous experience)
- Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge, specifically Outlook and Excel
- Ability to quickly solve problems on your own and with a team
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a drive to succeed
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to partner and work on a team
- Must be able to read, speak and write in English
- Attend college/university in the U.S.
- Working towards Human Resources, Business Management, and Communication related degree program require
- Expected graduation date of December 2024 – June 2025 from a bachelor’s program
- If hired, you must be able to demonstrate authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
