We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations, along with a foundational understanding of Salesforce CPQ. This role will focus on delivering scalable solutions, supporting business processes, and ensuring platform best practices while working closely with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Customization
- Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Implement and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
- Build and maintain scalable data models, security models, and automation.
- Develop APIs and integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP services and middleware.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ features including Products, Price Books, Quotes, and Quote Line Items.
- Configure basic product rules, price rules, and discounting logic.
- Assist in managing quote templates, approvals, and guided selling processes.
- Work with CPQ consultants/architects for complex requirements while handling day-to-day CPQ administration and light customizations.
- Partner with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and contribute to best practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
- Document technical designs, processes, and deployment steps.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-7 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, Integration frameworks, and Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices (Gearset, Copado, or Git-based pipelines).
- Basic hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including configuration of products, pricing, and quote processes.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II or equivalent certification.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification (or progress toward it).
- Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or Service/Sales Cloud advanced features.
- Familiarity with Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM.
- Experience working in global/multi-org environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to mentor junior developers.
