As the O&M Lead, you will support the Program Manager in overseeing and leading a technical program that delivers Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) cloud platform that supports collection, management and analysis of digital engineering information in an architecture that provides seamless digital thread and enables tool interoperability, including data structures suitable for AI applications. This program delivers engineering services for Linux and Windows cloud-based infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflows. You will provide remote resolution support for TIER 0/1/2 support of Linux and Windows cloud-based infrastructure, AWS Workspaces, and stored data in support of business processing requirements. You will support a mixed Windows/Linux server environment using ServiceNow, Active Directory and PKI based authentication for Windows user workspaces and remote access. Bachelor's or Master's degree
