- Coordinate daily operations and project workflows across marketing, design, and product teams to support timely execution of campaigns, brand initiatives, and client projects
- Manage intake, prioritization, scheduling, and milestone tracking for creative and marketing programs
- Support communication and alignment between stakeholders by facilitating meetings, status updates, and internal reviews
- Assist with asset management, file organization, marketing calendars, and version control of creative deliverables
- Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations; maintain brand archives and ensure consistent documentation
- Help maintain dashboards, trackers, and tools to monitor project health, resource allocation, and program performance
- Provide administrative support for events, vendor coordination, invoice processing, and budget tracking
- Identify project risks or roadblocks early and escalate to relevant leads to keep initiatives on track
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Design background
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and JIRA
- Gaming Design Agency, Creative Services experience
- Ability to use additional software to manipulate media files (video, audio, or image editing tools)
- Experience with SharePoint, including managing the SharePoint interface
