- Utilize a variety of prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emails, warm calls from leads generated through marketing and website, and networking, to identify and engage potential clients.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospects and recommend appropriate services to address their requirements effectively.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of interested prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings, network discoveries, and closing meetings with potential clients. Must be willing to travel to client sites in Cincinnati, Dayton, Indianapolis, and Northern Kentucky.
- Close new business opportunities, with a target of achieving $500,000 in new business annually.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies and explore new avenues for generating business opportunities.
- Utilize tools such as Seamless AI, Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and more to streamline prospecting efforts and enhance sales effectiveness.Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated track record of 2-3 years in sales, consistently exceeding targets.
- The ideal candidate should possess a willingness and flexibility to travel as required for the role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective phone and email correspondence.
- Proven ability to approach problem-solving creatively, finding innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Strong targeting and qualifying skills to identify ideal prospects within our niche market.
- Ambitious mindset with a strong desire to succeed and grow within a sales organization.
- Knowledge and understanding of the technology industry, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends.Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Experience using Sales Navigator to enhance prospecting and lead generation.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and exceeding targets.
