- Primarily weekday day and evening shifts; weekend availability required as needed.
- Project Coordination & Scheduling:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor all bathroom renovation projects to ensure they are completed on time (typically in 2 days).
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to confirm material availability, delivery schedules, and project milestones.
- Ensure that projects stay on track and within budget.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead a team of installers, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Assign tasks, ensure the team is working efficiently, and provide guidance and support.
- Conduct regular check-ins and maintain high morale and productivity within the team.
- Quality Control:
- Oversee the quality of work completed on each project, ensuring all installations meet Five Star Bath Solutions' high standards.
- Inspect finished work, resolve any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce best practices and company policies for renovations and customer service.
- Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the renovation process, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Keep the Operations Manager and CEO updated on project status, delays, or issues.
- Ensure clear communication with suppliers to avoid project delays due to material shortages or logistics issues.
- Inventory & Materials Management:
- Monitor the inventory of materials, tools, and equipment to ensure each project has what it needs for timely completion.
- Work with vendors to secure high-quality materials and ensure timely delivery.
- Control project costs and minimize waste.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the job site, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
- Ensure that renovations comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Implement proper training and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on job sites.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
- Proactively address any issues or challenges that arise during the renovation process.
- Provide solutions for unexpected problems, such as structural issues, material delays, or schedule conflicts.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management, project management, or a related field in construction or renovation.
- Experience in managing bathroom or home renovation projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and tools used in bathroom renovations.
- Leadership & Communication Skills:
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve production goals and high-quality standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized.
- Problem-Solving & Decision Making:
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of renovation tools, equipment, and materials.
- Familiarity with project management software and construction scheduling tools is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Education & Certification:
- A degree in construction management, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Relevant certifications in project management or construction are a plus.
- Physical Demands:
- Ability to spend long hours on-site, walking, and overseeing renovation processes.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
