- Engage in collaborative relationships across architecture, product management, data, and product delivery teams to design, implement solutions based on defined business challenges and outcomes.
- Build best-in-industry Digital experiences that are truly omni-channel, agile and scalable leveraging leading-edge technology and reusable components and services.
- Apply software engineering principles to develop scalable, reliable and robust solutions, identify self-service opportunities and solutions to bring quantifiable value for Value streams.
- Apply Generative AI experience to enhance Developer experience and Developer productivity.
- Enable continuous integration and deployment automation solutions across various applications within Value streams as per technology stack.
- Accountable for designing, building, and optimizing automation systems that help to execute business web and data infrastructure platforms.
- Ensuring cross-platform optimization for automation of mobile application development
- Troubleshoot issues and work with team to identify and address problems.
- Active participant in relevant communities of practice to exchange ideas and knowledge
- 8-10 years of firsthand engineering experience with DevSecOps in implementing CI/CD pipelines on Java, Dot Net, python, Databases and other technologies.
- Excellent Experience in automation on AWS using Terraform.
- Excellent experience on EKS/ECR and related containerization framework
- Experience with scripting languages like Python, bash, YAML, Groovy, Jenkins templates.
- Experience in building/deploying Generative AI RAG use cases.
- Proficiency in developing common reusable templates and patterns for various technologies to enhance Developer experience
- Significant knowledge of AWS systems, including EC2, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Config, Lambda, Security Groups, VPCs, Inspector, EKS and containers etc.
- Build and maintain an AWS cloud infrastructure architecture aligning security, compliance, performance and resilience.
- Experience in RBAC, SSO integrations and designing/installing tools by considering performance & providing scale up solutions on AWS.
- Experience with database technologies for structured and unstructured data
- Experience with relevant code repository and project tools such as GitHub, JIRA, Confluence
- Ability to integrate APIs, create automated test cases, perform Unit Testing (UT) and System Integration testing (SIT)
- Experience with developing Cloud-native applications and incredibly good understanding of Cloud architecture and best practices
- Solid understanding of Agile application delivery methodologies and release management activities
- Solid understanding of the insurance, wealth management or financial services industry
- Knowledge of scripting tools on multiple platforms preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience on DevSecOps platforms like Harness.io a plus
- Ability to incorporate vendor components in the application build-out.
- Extensive hands-on development experience with AWS Cloud and Storage services are desirable.
- Experience in developing solutions leveraging LLMs a plus.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies like Agentic AI a plus
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or an Engineering discipline
- Certification in DevSecOps, Generative AI a plus.
- Certification in data management (structure and unstructured), and/or cloud architecture or engineering plus
