The cleaning supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team, ensuring quality cleaning standards, and providing excellent customer service. This position plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the workspace.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training to cleaning staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Ensure the cleaning team follows all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Address concerns or complaints regarding cleanliness, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules to optimize efficiency and meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a commercial cleaning or custodial role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and safety standards.
General Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment or independently and manage multiple tasks
